SAGE Legacy Fellowship General Application

Hello, and thank you for your interest in the SAGE Legacy Fellowship!

Please complete this application to apply for the program. Our vision is that, by participating in the program, you will develop a project that will strengthen our community over the long-term. This year, we are particularly excited to engage fellows who are interested in our focus question: How can we help students recover from a tough year at school?

To help you complete your application, we ask applicants to review the Frequently Asked Questions available at Learn.WeAreSage.org. These questions and answers can help you get a better sense for the program so you can prepare your application.

We will review all applications received by April 23, 2021. SAGE will confirm receipt of your application via email. We may ask follow-up questions and invite you to visit with us for an interview to learn more about you and your interests.

After we have reviewed your application, we will confirm your acceptance to the program via another email. At that time, we will also request payment of the $250 tuition for Phase 1 of the program. If the tuition is a barrier, you can request a partial or full tuition waiver and submit your waiver request within 72 hours of the time you submit this General Application.
